Groups of stag or hen parties will no longer be accepted at Balaia Sol Holiday Club.
Reservations for more than one apartment will not be accepted, except those of families traveling together.
We reserve the right to deny the check-in to groups camouflaged with individual bookings.
Any guests that show inappropriate behaviour, excessive noise, indecent or violent behaviour, will immediately be expelled from the hotel.
They will have no right to any refund of the apartment payment or the breakage deposit.

To confirm your reservation, we ask 50% deposit in the next 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations 48H before the arrival date we will refund the total deposit.
Cancellations after this time, there will not any return.
Security Deposit
The hotel reserves the right to ask for a deposit / caution per apartment of 200,00 € in cash or credit card at check-in, refundable at check-out time.
